This guestbook software application that I sell through my company is a great tool. It can be used in many ways to aide your business objectives. Many companies need to get feedback regarding their products and services. Some of which think that they do not want negative feedback posted on their website... however, this is a great way to improve your products and services by getting this feedback.

In addition, adding this feature allows your visitors to interact with your company and its website. Right now we are in a world where social media reigns supreme.
