Kermit Clements brings to Career Life Coaching the same skills that helped him have a successful career in Sales and Sales Management with Johnson & Johnson. While at this Fortune 50 company he earned numerous awards for sales excellence and for the leadership and development of a top performing sales team. He also was one of a small number of individuals to receive two Special Achievement awards for his contribution toward Johnson & Johnson’s continued leadership in the industry.
Kermit believes his success was a result of his ability to listen and really hear what matters most and to convey that he cared about people’s concerns and interests. He combined this with the ability to recognize what makes each person special and to encourage them to embrace their uniqueness. This resulted in a stronger belief in themselves and the willingness to take calculated risks in pursuit of their professional goals.
His success helping others realize their potential led him to Career and Development and Human Resources.
